Children learn basic boxing skills such as punching, footwork and bagwork, while benefiting from cardio and core strength exercises. This fun program includes partner drills, sparring in a safe and controlled environment, and is a great cross-training opportunity for other sports children may participate in.
After learning the basics, students 12 years of age may choose to move on to our Superior Boxing Program to advance their skills.
**At 10 years of age, students have the opportunity to become competitive following coach evaluation for preparedness.

Thursday 4:15pm - 5:00pm
Our boxing for kids classes run three times a week, and children are welcome to attend as many of these weekly scheduled boxing classes as they like.
