Tae Kwon-do, or TKD, is offered to students of all skill levels, with no previous experience in martial arts required.
Learn to execute kicks, punches, open-handed strikes, as well as self defence blocks. Emphasis is placed on safety and proper technique to avoid injury.
Tae Kwon-do is a great physical workout, and students will benefit from increased stamina, flexibility and strength.
Instructors Rick LeBlanc and Ryan Taylor construct their lessons in the traditional style and teachings of Kwon's Tae Kwon-do, which was the first school of Tae Kwon-do in Victoria BC run by Master Tae Soung Kwon.
**Black belts are not awarded to students under the age of 16.
